Hello Everyone—
I know you all just finished your gathering - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the positive developments. Last time I sent you all a note, I mentioned the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and creative developers we have had the pleasure to work with - and we’re excited for that relationship to endure.”
With your dedication and adaptability, especially over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.
The gamer responses from last fall’s Project ETHOS playtest was informative. It confirmed the potential of a action-packed game but told us we still had improvements to make. It highlighted the need for a more distinct brand.

Our confidence in this project grows every day. To advance the outstanding progress you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome Ben Brinkman as the incoming Studio Head of 31st Union. After some time of conversations, Ben comes aboard us on the specified date.
Ben’s management and experience in the competitive gaming space is extensive, having spent the last 15 years developing and leading some of the most well-known series in the industry, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and more recently, Apex Legends.
Let’s together in welcoming Ben next week. We are all excited to keep observing the progress of Project ETHOS in the time to come.
The President
